2. Server logs and hosting

The website and API are hosted on a server provided by OVHcloud. When the website is accessed, technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser details and status codes may be processed in server logs. This is required for secure and reliable operation of the website.

3. Contact requests

When you contact us, we process your name, email address, telephone number, message, selected language, product interest and optional location, postal code and preferred contact method in order to handle your enquiry and take pre-contractual steps. Contact requests are normally stored for twelve months. Successful customer and contractual relationships are excluded from this automatic deletion where statutory retention obligations or legitimate reasons require longer storage.

4. Recipients and processors

We use OVHcloud for hosting and MongoDB Atlas to store contact requests. We use Brevo for new-contact notifications. Where required, we enter into data-processing agreements and use appropriate safeguards for data transfers with these providers.

5. Cloudflare Turnstile

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against automated and abusive requests. Technically necessary information is transmitted to Cloudflare to assess the request. This processing serves the security of our systems and protection against misuse.

6. Cookies, consent and analytics

Necessary cookies support core functions such as language preferences and the protected administrator sign-in. Analytics and marketing technologies are activated only after your consent through the consent manager. These may include Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking and Meta Pixel. You can change your choice at any time in the privacy settings.

7. Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to certain processing.
